As a user of our web page you get in this declaration of data protection all necessary information about how, to what extent and to which purpose we or a third provider collect your data and use them. DSGVO, the legal basis for processing to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6, paragraph 1 lit. c DSGVO, und the legal basis for processing in order to preserve entitled interests is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit.f DSGVO. In case that vital interests of the concerned person or another natural person make the processing of private data necessary, Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as a legal basis.

Safety Measures
According to Art. 32 DSGVO we take suitable technical and organizational measures taking into consideration the state-of-the art technology, the costs of implementation, the kind, the extent and the circumstances of processing as well as the gravity and the probability of occurrence of this risk for the rights and the freedom of natural persons in order to guarantee an appropriate level of risk protection. To these measures belong especially the securing of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data through control of physical access to the data, furthermore the control of access to the data, their input, transfer, safeguarding of their availability and their separation. In addition to that we have set up procedures that guarantee that the rights of the concerned persons are assumed, that the data are deleted and that there is appropriate reaction to the endangerment of data. Moreover, we already bear in mind the protection of private data during development and choosing hard- and software. Moreover you have the right to ask for the correction, blocking or deletion of your data. In order to realize data locks at any time, data will be stored in a locking file. If data have not to be filed for legal reasons, we delete your data upon your request. If we are obliged to file your data by law, we lock your data.
